Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TempMail.cc (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Description of the Service
TempMail.cc provides free, disposable, receive-only email addresses on a temporary basis. The Service is provided "as is" without registration. Key characteristics:
- Inboxes and all received messages are automatically and permanently deleted when you reload the page or the session expires.
- The Service is receive-only. Sending emails is not supported.
- Only plain-text and HTML messages are supported. Attachments are disabled and are not stored.
- No account, password, or personal information is required to use the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
- Create accounts on services that explicitly prohibit the use of disposable email addresses, or otherwise circumvent the terms of other services;
- Receive emails related to fraud, phishing, or the impersonation of any person or entity;
- Receive content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- Distribute, receive, or facilitate spam, malware, or any material protected by law without proper authorization;
- Use the Service for any purpose involving minors or illegal content of any kind;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or its infrastructure, including automated abuse or excessive request volumes.
The temporary addresses generated by the Service are public and shared infrastructure. Anyone who knows or guesses the address can read its inbox. You are solely responsible for choosing how you use the Service and for anything you receive through it.
4. No Expectation of Privacy or Permanence
Temporary mailboxes are not private or secure storage. Messages are transmitted over the public internet, may be visible to anyone with the same address, and are deleted automatically. Do not use TempMail.cc for sensitive, confidential, financial, medical, legal, or account-recovery communications. We accept no liability for any loss arising from such use.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service's name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of TempMail.cc or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse these elements without permission, except as permitted by applicable law. Emails you receive remain the property of their respective senders and authors.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED, OR THAT ANY RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TEMPMAIL.CC OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR USE — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, including blocking specific addresses, domains, or sources of traffic that abuse the Service. We are under no obligation to retain, back up, or restore any message.
9. Third-Party Links and Advertising
The Service may display advertisements or links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
